Sham Banerji

Sham is the founder Chairman and CEO of i2i TeleSolutions. Prior to founding i2i TeleSolutions, Sham was Director at Texas Instruments, heading strategic business engagements in India in the Telecom, Consumer, Medical Electronics and University Research sectors. Sham has over thirty years of worldwide experience in the semiconductor and software industry. He led the team that designed the first Digital Signal Processor in India. Before moving to India, he headed TI’s IC Design operations in the UK and TI’s Design Automation operations in the USA for microprocessor products.
In 2008 Sham led the R&D wing of the FICCI Medical Electronics Forum and was an executive council member of the India Semiconductor Association. Sham has been a regular spokesperson in government and industry forums on Semiconductors, Telemedicine and University R&D programs in India.p
Sham holds a BSc. (Honours) degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle_Upon_Tyne (UK). |

Poornima Mohanachandran

Poornima is Executive VP with i2iTeleSolutions and responsible for strategy and development of telemedicine solutions. She has over 20 years of experience in product and business development. She has held many executive level management responsibilities at Texas Instruments. She was GM of product development for high performance data converters at Texas Instruments and most recently, Director of Business Development for Medical Business at TI. She was working with TI customers and medical industry on new opportunities for semiconductor devices in Medical Applications. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut and Masters in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science. |

Avinash Agrawal

Avinash Agrawal is accomplished and successful management executive with over 20 years of professional experience at senior management level in the global software business covering software development, both services and product development, and business process outsourcing. Earlier he worked for over fifteen year in large multinationals in management services and IT function.
In global software services, Avinash has been responsible for setting up software companies from scratch and in transitioning small and medium size software products / solutions companies to grow and operate them as efficient orgnisations. He was responsible for setting up Paragon Solutions (later acquired by CSC) as its first employee and made it grow as a CMMI 5 organization with highest client satisfaction. Subsequently he set up operation for Merge Healthcare, Inc. in India for software solutions and product development in medical digital imaging and tele-radiology services. Recently Avinash was managing director of Indian operations of Narus Inc. a leader in providing solutions for management and security of large and complicated IP networks. Avinash has also been advisor to start up companies and mentored several managers holding senior positions in software industry or running their own companies. Though Avinash has worked in various verticals but his primary focus has been in healthcare including digital medical imaging, tele-radiology and in telecommunication. He has built and managed clients in USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Africa.
Avinash has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and post graduate degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.

Leena Devakumar

Leena has over 15 years of experience in Healthcare and Telecommunication industry. Prior to joining i2i Telesolutions, she was with Philips Healthcare for nearly 9 years and served in various senior technical leadership roles. Her main focus was to develop console and workstation software for Philips modalities. She played a significant role as a software architect in the development of platform software for Philips modalities which includes defining requirements by interacting with various modality groups like CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound .etc, defining architecture and generic interfaces, defining component roadmaps, providing technical leadership for the development teams. Later she moved on to develop console software for Ultrasound modality. She was instrumental in defining and developing the software solution for offering workflow integration between Cardiovascular X-Ray and Ultrasound modalities to cater to interventional radiology market needs. She was also involved in creating product proposals for next generation Ultrasound systems. In her capacity she has chaired several organizational forums and initiatives. She has experience in CMMI
,ISO13485 process audits . Prior to Philips, she has worked as technical leader in Siemens Communication Software (now called Nokia Siemens Networks) and Analog and Digital systems developing network management software (NMS), PC based PABX software.

Arindam Sen

Arindam brings in two decades of industry experience in the area of Energy and Healthcare. His passion is all about “affordable Healthcare” for people belonging to wide socioeconomic spectrum of countries with developing economy. Arindam was with Siemens and GE for about 17 years and worked in various functional leadership including R&D, Product Management, Supply chain. He worked as General Manager for South Asia operations of Performance Technologies of GE Healthcare. His area of focus was product development and manufacturing in the area of Ultrasound technology towards affordable primary care solutions. He joined GE in 2001 and has held a number of leadership positions in the areas of Operations and Product Management. Prior to GE, he worked with Siemens for almost a decade focused on creating efficient supply chain solution in technology driven industry like power with creation of customer specific technology solutions.
Arindam was born and educated in Kolkata and alumni of IIM, Kolkata & Bengal Engineering College (Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur).
He has traveled extensively in India and abroad, participated, and spoken in a number of national and international seminars and workshops. Married to a hydrocarbon scientist, he has one daughter. Music, cricket & travelling with family are among the important energy boosters for him. |

Arvind Thiagarajan

| Arvind Thiagarajan is the inventor of the core ABO technology. A specialist in signal processing and algorithm development, Mr Thiagarajan holds several patents and has penned a number of award-winning technical articles. For one such article on the "Role of Multimedia PCs in Healthcare", Mr Thiagarajan was awarded the "Junior Scientist 2001" award in India by the former scientific advisor to the Indian government and former President of India Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Mr Thiagarajan is also a member of the DICOM Standards Committee Working Group 4 (Compression) and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Praveen Jain

Praveen Jain has over 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining i2i TeleSolutions, Praveen was an entrepreneur pioneering India’s first Digital Signage and Retail Media Company focusing on healthcare. Prior to turning an entrepreneur, he worked with KPMG for 3 years in their Transaction Services practice. At KPMG, he was involved with performing financial due diligences in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity funding, venture capital funding, divestitures and joint ventures. His experience spans over 35 due diligence engagements including cross-border transactions involving Americas and Europe. His previous experience also includes statutory audits, internal audits, risk consulting, concurrent audits, tax audits, internal controls/process reviews and improvement assignments.
Praveen Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelors in Commerce Degree from Karnataka State Open University (Mysore University). Praveen Jain has also cleared CFA Level I examination from the CFA Institute, USA. |

Ettore Celi

Ettore Celi is Senior Vice President of i2i Telesolutions, responsible for European business. Prior to joining i2i TeleSolutions, Ettore was Head of Wireless Customers Programs Management at Texas Instruments France. He joined TI in Italy and then moved to France where, form late ’80 was involved in computer graphics, local area network and broadband telecommunication technical activities. Since early ’90 to recently he was involved, often in parallel, in business development and customers programs management. In late ’90 he started to be responsible for TI Broadband (ADSL/VDSL) relations with several European Telcos’ and to develop and manage several TI European Broadband customers. In 2004 his main focus shifted to hi-end camera subsystems for cellular phones. Ettore is used to work-in or drive multinational business or technical flex teams. He is Italian but grew up in North of Africa before returning to Italy at the time of his University studies. He brings direct knowledge of multiple West/East Europe, Middle East and North Africa countries. Ettore graduated in Electronics Engineering at the University of Rome (Italy). |
